A pair of Calvin Klein 205W39NYC boots by Raf Simons. 60mm heel. These are my favorite boots from Raf's work with Calvin Klein. The color and hairy nap of the suede is absolutely perfect. Same "nut" color as the best boots from Saint Laurent Paris. These bad boys have a Norwegian stitched welt. Receives big time street cred from both the handmade boot gang and Raf Simons appreciators. The construction quality on these is impeccable. They feature a natural crepe sole stitched through the stacked leather sole and suede upper. The heel has a hard rubber base to prevent the crepe from disforming, but if one day it does, it could easily be replaced with a leather sole by a cobbler. The side zips are weighty and smooth and the lining is a buttery black leather. These have been worn only a handful of times. The crepe discoloration was like this after the first wear as expected, but the suede is practically unmarred. If you're looking at this post you already know that these are some of the best boots in the world. I will include the original box and dust bags if you want them.
